They turned my power off for an act of god as a tree branch was hazardous paid $1500 to get it removed and they have taken over 36 hours to restore my power and I have not missed a payment. They should be prosecuted for their negligence and entitled attitude to not restore power to people who did nothing wrong. I will go out of my way to never deal witn oncor again

Even if you use ZERO electricity, they still charge you nine dollars a month. If you want to temporarily put your electricity on hold it cost $150. Then it cost more money to turn it back on. Scammers.

ONCOR is the biggest scam of a company I've ever seen, a $40 charge every month for "delivery"? delivery of what? inconsistent power or your power never working. Y'all are a scam and I pray your company goes bankrupt.
