“Provides excellent customer service from the staff down to the manager. Their motto is pawn shops are the best opportunity in purchasing musical instruments especially guitars. I was very fortunate on three occasions to find three rare and unique guitars and amps. On my last occasion, they had a D-1 Martin with original case in excellent condition. I was able to buy it in one day. This 1996 guitar is rare because the Martin Company has stopped production of this model. I highly recommended this business, especially to young people who are interested in playing an instrument or those who like to collect. You will not be disappointed.”

“Real nice folks in thers very fair pawn shop! Always give me what i need within reason. But i always come back for my stuff! Thats key! If you know your not coming dack for it dont wast there time just sell it and take the money. Some people dont know this but they have an algorithm that keeps a score on you based on your consistency, so if you constantly pawn stuff and never come back they will never offer you top doller for ANYTHING the computer won't let them it knows your a dudd! If your always consistent, they usually will give you what you need cuz they know your good for it! (Word of advice never pawn something for more money than you need it just makes it easier to get back) then that one time you really need cash take em something good and you will get what you need within reason. The managers a real nice dude, and all the employees ive encountered are Super Friendly, this is the best one in fort wort.”

“Stopped in just to see what they had. Everyone was cheery and very attentive, without hovering. I use a rolling type walker to get around and a lot of places aren't exactly accommodating to my using it in their store. They had one in inventory, which I bought for a friend that needed one and the price was cheap. My friend was thrilled by it. Combined with a guitar and ultra nice gig bag, my total was $150. They'll get my business again!”

“I prefer to browse the secondary market when I want to make any purchase over $50 cuz we are broke as du¢k. At Cash America, I am always treated with fairness, honesty, & respect by their people whether I'm buying or selling. We're looking for a TV, but the TVs seemed a little pricey for secondhand, so I didn't buy a TV. There were several high end designer bags & wallets behind the counter, lots of game systems & laptops, plenty to divert our tv budget toward an impulse buy so I ran away before money started jumping out of my purse.”

“I've never had a problem with this location I actually like this one better than Cash America down the road. Prices are always negotiable if they really want to get rid of the item. Can't say I've never been greeted when I came in because someone is always at the counter or on the floor when I come in regardless of what I'm looking to buy. Great store in my opinion!”

“We came in on New Years eve as we had emergency come up and had to be taken care of on Jan 2nd. I was not used to Pawning thing and did not know what to expect nor how to's of pawn loans. As packed as it was the lines were moving very fast, it didn't seem anyone was upset and not being taken care of Properly.We had Alex help us, she listened to why we were pawning and work very fast while still engaging. She took the stress and anxiety away of the process. She really helped out when she placed my 4 items on separate tickets to help us out when time to retrieve.I am about to get my items out, and hope that she is there again. Just for the pleasantry. I hope that I don't have to get a Pawn loan again, but If I have to I will come back to this Location.Looking around they had a lot of good items in the building and merchandising was very clean. I also saw very good prices, better than some online shops.”

Major reason why I love this place is because one time I accidently forgot to pay my pawn ticket so they had to bring my items out into tha show cases but being that they knew me, they did bring them out but they never took them out of the envelope they had been holding them in because they knew I didn't want to loose them.
