I needed a major air conditioning job done on my 2009 Prius. Pratt was very clear about what needed to be done and communicated very well. I even got a loaner car! I had a great experience and highly recommend this repair shop. Just be sure to pay with cash or check to avoid fees!

Never had any work done there, but my truck ran out of fuel in front of their place today. While we were trying to prime the motor and add fuel to the tanks, one of the man guys, (manager or owner) came out and offered us what he has available for the tanks as well. It was a great gesture and very appreciated, and when I need work done in the future, I'll definitely consider them.

Honest, dependable, reasonably priced. I took a used 2004 Toyota tundra to them after the purchase and they went through it with a fine tooth comb. I should have done it pre purchase really but it didn’t work out that way. Anyways, they gave me a list of everything that was not 100% as well as saying what needed to be fixed soon or if it was something just to keep an eye on and we can fix it later on if need be. I trust that they are not trying to upsell or do a bunch of expensive servicing just to make more money. Fair warning bring cash or check I believe… or be prepared to pay a fee for using credit card. At this point in the economy, I don’t blame them for passing on that fee if you want to use a CC.

First time customer. They did an inspection on a used Lexus that we bought from CarMax that is within the 30-day return window, and they did an excellent job, noting a couple of issues that I am addressing with CarMax. If we keep the Lexus we will definitely be coming back for routine maintenance.
