If you need urgent care, this is the place to be. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The staff all were very professional and very friendly. They acted like they actually cared about what was happening. We were able to be seen almost immediately, and felt confident that we got a solid diagnosis. Wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and loved ones. Thank you Dr. White, Dr. Pelli, nurse Joe and Antonette, thank you for what you do!

10/22/25 Update: just recieved bill from visit...almost $20,000 I don't think they charged me for leaving the IV needle in my arm, but am not totally sure, lol! $300 for tubing and $464 for a syringe seems excessive.

Came in for aftercare for asthma episode. Breathing treatment and x rays and bloodwork. Sent me home without taking the bloodwork needle out. Do patients remove them, now? Started vomiting vehemently around 7 pm. Called at to ask what meds they administered in breathing treatment. They DID tell me in the office, but I was too busy trying to breathe to remember. This info is NOT in the myriad of paperwork I was sent home with. They were busy with an emergency and said they would return my call ASAP. IT HAS BEEN 4 HOURS. Dry heaves are excruciating. I think they forgot me. I am headed to ER, and staff will want to know what they gave me. I don't want to bother them. I have called 2 times. I think I will give ER the Total Cares phone number. Hopefully they have time to tell ER staff what they administered to me.
Meantime , I am praying for the emergency patient...4 HOURS? It must be really bad!

The care that I had received was amazing! All of the staff were extremely caring and kind. Wendy at the front desk was absolutely amazing she went completely above and beyond and went out of her way to help me with all of my concerns when she didn’t have to!

Well I had an ingrown toenail with a mean HORN for a while and couldn't endure the pain any longer.. Was well greeted by Ms.Amber and Ms.Hannah. So Dr.Pelli did a great job and walked me through the step by step while I watched and what a relief!! Ingrown are rare but if you need that extra hand to get you back in order I highly recommend it here.. Thanks again to my new friends/staff.

Monday, August 11, I entered the Benbrook TotalCare ER with abdominal pain! The nurses and Doctor that assisted and communicated with me were Dr. Magee, Joe RN, and Antoinette RND. Amber, at the front desk, was efficient and understanding, greeting me with such a soft sweet voice and assurance that I was gonna be taken care of.
The team got me in quick and proceeded with tests and visuals in a timely manner! They updated me every step of the way, through pain and confusion, they offered my 14 mo old a juice and snack to keep him from what he made seem like- Starving 😂. I was so grateful to arrive at this ER because of their compassion, empathy, efficiency and friendliness.

I thought my care was good but my bill was ridiculously outrageous. I was there 45 mins. Had an X-ray of my shoulder, shot, and received a sling. My bill was over $10,000 dollars. Can’t wait to talk to the billing department. I hope this was a bad mistake.
