“I came here looking for a birthday gift for my nephew and ended up finding way more options than I expected. The store was clean, easy to walk around, and the staff were friendly without being pushy. They had a nice mix of classic toys and newer items that kids are into right now. Prices seemed pretty fair compared to other places I've checked. One employee even helped me pick out an age-appropriate toy, which I appreciated. My nephew loved the gift, so I'd say the trip was definitely worth it. I'll probly come back the next time I need something for the kids in the family.”

I saw someone organizing an aisle of toys and things, then came back around and saw how neat and organized they left it a moment or two later. Circled around the store a bit then saw it ruined by customers. Felt so bad for them I’d’ve been upset. Bathroom was out of order unfortunately”

“I had the most amazing time at Build-A-Bear! The blond guy who worked there (I think his name was Ethan) was AMAZING. He was friendly, kind, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the whole experience so welcoming and enjoyable, and you could really tell that he cared about ensuring customers were having a good experience. He was very patient and took the time to help me with everything without making me feel like I was being rushed or bothering him. He was so positive the whole time, and his customer service really stood out to me. Honestly, it was nice to see an employee who seems like he actually enjoys helping people and takes pride in his work. He was also very attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of. Even in a busy store he made the interaction personal and made sure I was happy before I left. It was the personality and kindness that made the visit memorable. I've been to Build-A-Bear before, but it is employees like him who make you want to come back. I really hope his manager or whoever is in charge sees this because he represents the company so well and deserves recognition. He was a great employee and made my experience so much better. Build-A-Bear is so lucky to have someone like him on their team!”

“I had an overall good experience selling here. I made sure to call before coming in to drop off items to sell. I did have to call a couple times because they were done accepting items when I was able to drop off so I’d just wait for another day. It’s best to come in on a week day & right when they open for your best shot at being able to sell while still making sure to call first. Then the turnaround time was about 5 days I believe which didn’t bother me. They took a lot of my stuff & I made $63!”
