I have been here 15 years and I can’t say good about April and Angel from the first time I spoke to April she she was incredibly helpful friendly and transparent. She took the time and answered all my questions with patience and a smile it clear she takes pride in her work and in their property and truly care about her tenants. The property is spotless and maintained,a testament of hard work the level of detail gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe Angel takes pride in his work I have watched so many of the others not be able to be located I was about ready to move out but I now know they have a staff I can depend on and are very respectful and if you need something fixed it done right then
I will refer all my friends and family to this storage facility now

U-Stor on Vickery is the place you want to store all of your things. They beat all the other storage places and I've used most of them over time. You have 24 hour access to your storage unit. They have security cameras and alarms on every unit. The property is always clean and well maintained. I moved my belongings to this facility back in 2014 and unlike other places that get you to lease and then go up monthly on your rent, they have had an increase in rent only once in nine years. They offer $20 off your rent for each referral that rents a storage with them. Also, they have a variety of sizes from small to very large units. As a nice benefit they give you a new lock for your new unit.The very best part of leasing with them is the management!! They truly care about all of their tenants. They go above and beyond to take care of all of your storage needs. I've found that if it's hot they will offer you a cold bottle of water! April and Angel are the kindest, most personable people and manage this property very proficiently. It is a pleasure doing business with them! Management lives on site so if something happens they are there to help you.
