Seeing so many bad reviews makes me feel better. My son is serving in military and wanted to send him a brand new phone that was clearly ok to sent to according to the international manual section 135.64. The staff keep telling me it consider haz even after reading them what that section said about new phone with the battery installed. And before anyone try to defend them APO is subject to the host country custom requirement so it is consider international. These staff are clearly a waste of taxpayers' money and need to study up on what there own organization policy.

They are useless , always delivering in wrong address, and the funny thing they always misplace important documents (passport,credit cards , checkbooks) , I call the office and never answers , I go in person and they just say we don’t know where your mail is sorry ?

This is the worst post office within a 25-mile radius. They lose packages, don't scan boxes with paid tracking, they THROW packages in the back room (personally witnessed this). Most of the employees have horrendous attitudes... I can't say any names, because they don't wear name tags and don't introduce themselves. Just don't use this post office. Drive a bit further and find an alternative.

Most of our packages have been delivered to our door but recently they haven’t been delivering them to the door..yes the post office is only .3 miles away but if someone is home you should be able to deliver..I was home yesterday and they just put attempt to deliver ht they never did

Trying to get a key for my mailbox and these lazy people still haven’t followed through on their commitment to rekey the box and give me my mailbox key. It’s been 3 weeks.

This is the worst post office I've ever been to. The employees are slow and so rude! Even though I live 2 min from this location I will never come back there. Horrible service, horrible employees.

Many times I've used this PO and many times my mail has been lost or my packages are damaged and NO ONE seems to want to help you . I stopped using them for awhile and decided to try them again, but nothing has changed. It only happens out of the Benbrook office.

Came in today to mail a package to my son in New York and Dominique was absolutely amazing had a smile on her face and actually seemed to like helping me, previously I’ve came in and the other clerk was rude for no reason so it’s great to see a new inviting face, the post office needs more people like her!

Honestly I think the delivery team needs additional training or new staff altogether. The ladies in the front have been pleasant to me, but I am constantly having issues with my packages being delivered and returned to sender “at customer request” that I never requested. I just want my packages, it’s not hard. I used to deliver for fedex and it’s not difficult to just read the address and drop it off. At fedex we even delivered furniture to apartments without elevators, so there is no excuse for some simple packages that fit in mailboxes/lockers. I’ve been asked before if my apartment number was included in my orders and they always are confirmed with who I’ve shopped with, but delivery rarely does their one job regardless how correct the address is. Again, we even have lockers to receive the packages so I don’t understand why I keep having this problem. I’ve called and filed complaints before after being told my packages were returned to sender and not in the USPS office anymore, yet they would appear in my mailbox the very next morning. The worst part about all of this is I live 3 minutes from this USPS and they still don’t deliver properly. I even have informed delivery, but I never get notified when my packages are RTS. Moral of the story, we all have jobs so do yours, and stop lying about my “customer requests” if I haven’t made any. My ONLY request that I will ever make is that my packages get delivered correctly and on time. Somehow driving 3 minutes to put my package in my locker seems too difficult for you. Not to mention I don’t even get a heads up about it. Why pay delivery staff if customers have to keep going to USPS on their day off to pick it up anyway after several different circumstances? If I have to be a Karen after several packages and call corporate every time until they hire someone else, I’m genuinely going to. By the looks of these reviews I’m clearly not the only person fuming over this. Out of all packages I’ve received while living in benbrook, USPS is the only delivery service that I’ve had this problem with - especially this frequently.
