I Hate!! oak street health in my horror of an experience with them they are nothing but worsome telemarketers that called me almost everyday trying to constantly get me to make appointments that I didnt need, you figure out the rest? I havent dealt with them In months I had 4messages on my answering machine plus a call from them that I accidentally pick up from them from this month alone, all that I can say is be careful of who you deal with.

I strongly advise you not to contact any office of Oak Street Health. They have a call center that will hound you endlessly about making an appointment, even when you ask them to stop calling you. What kind of reputable doctor's office badgers you to come in? My guess - one that is desperate for patients and will likely overcharge you and your insurance carrier.

They’re very friendly but they call me to change the appointment 3 times in 1 day and when We got there they said that it was not in the system that we had an appointment.

They won't do a referral unless you schedule an appointment. What a pain when I was Just there. 26th requested referrals & advised date of my appointments. Now 3/7 my doctors' office says they have NO referral. Very Frustrating ‼

Love the staff, always polite and helpful. Marcy is my go to. She is so professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that I am always treated with the utmost care ❤

Everyone from the front desk lady to the Dr. and in-between were very friendly and pleasant.I walked in without an appointment and there was availability with little waiting.I've had rew medical experiences as pleasant.

They cared for me the nurse and Dr. Marifi Gaurdiala sent me to emergency because is my high blood pressure and they even refunded me my fifty dollar copay because I brought the wrong insurance card.Happy New Year to the staff

The best clinic I have walked into. I wish I could elaborate but Im left speachless at how attentive the women working here are. My son and I needed both just to have a sense of belonging during our struggles and being welcomed with open arms hit that mark! Thank you Ladies of Benbrook Walmart ❤ Clinic

This is the place I take my mother. The staff are friendly and they are amazing. The nurse is amazing, any time she sees any improvement on my mom's health she becomes happy and encourages my mother to keep up the good work. She gives good advise as well, thank you!!! :D After your appointment you can just walk in to wal-mart to shop or to the pharmacy to pick up your medicine. Oh...and the price for the visits, and test are affordable for a non insured person. First visit will be a bit pricey as in any other location, but afterwards in goes back to normal.

Terrible experience. STAFF does not care about patients. Spouse tested positive for the flu and got Xofluza two days ago and feels better. This afternoon I developed a fever, chills, aches, and other typical flu signs. It was after hours for my PCP so I tried calling Walmart care clinic several times. No answer. Drove up and walked in and not a single person in the waiting room. Receptionist said they were booked through the night with 45 min left but I saw no waiters. Asked if they could order Xofluza. She went to get a doctor who said she was finished and could see me and the receptionist said no she couldn't schedule me because they were booked up.... with no one waiting and the doctor standing there saying I can see her. How is this acceptable? I left crying, knowing exactly what I needed, with a doctor willing to help me and a flawed system. Called doc on demand in the parking lot and got what I needed and the script picked up from Walgreens all within 25 minutes. Don't bother with this place. Not worth the trouble.

Well I called at 10:30 Sunday morning to see about getting my antibiotic for my teeth about to kill me they told me that I could make me an appointment for tomorrow I'll go to the dentist tomorrow
