I purchase over 50 gallons of Premium every time I go. The sales lady is fast and so kind. I've tried water closer to my home and its work the drive to Water Tree Benbrook. The cleanest and most refreshing water I've had in a long time.

After the recent winter storm my go to water fill station has been out of order, I normally stop by another location but recently I have noticed a drop in water quality. I did some research and stumbled upon Water Tree Benbrook, somehow I missed it on previous searches, let me just first say when I called this location the lady(Anna) was great, she gave me all the information I needed and even made me aware they would bring my water out to the car. I purchased 10 gallons of the premium water, I am leaving such a lengthy review to say that I have recently been sick with covid and as I’m recovering seems I just need more water than usual as with any virus. Well it has been all of 30 mins since I have drank my first two glasses of their premium water and I am already feeling much better as far as rehydration goes. I highly recommend this place if you are tired of getting scammed by these bottled water companies for the same price you can get quality, safe water. Thank you Water Tree for caring for the people and having a quality service that is much needed, I will be back indeed.

If it weren't for Benbrook Walmart not having available the 5 gallon water jug to purchase during my lunch break, I wouldn't have had to googled were to find it in the area.The young lady who was there was very helpful and polite. She answered many of my questions and also explained their watering process and the several water options available.When you first walk in, you immediately get the feel of cleanliness. You can actually see were they fill your water. That area appeared to be very clean and sanitary.And the best thing is their prices are really decent. And... I didn't have to struggle getting the water to my car as she assisted with a rolling cart and put it in my vehicle for me.Thank You Walmart for NOT HAVING what I needed today! As a result, I have a new place to get my water.P.s... They also have several cute water bottles for purchase as well as different water jug style options to choose from.You will not be disappointed!!!

I absolutely love water tree. Found them when I was living in Austin. So glad they are now in Fort Worth. My family only drinks alkaline and we have been going to Texas Drinking Water Systems in Burleson (they recently raised their prices again) so it's great to see water tree has kept consistent pricing! $1 a gallon, can't beat that!

Was extremely disappointed to drive up today and see that they no longer operate on Saturdays. Their operating hours no longer serve customers who work a traditional 9-5 job. I purchased a membership under the impression I'd be able to come by and fill up my water on Saturdays but now I'm stuck trying to figure out when to come by with their impractical hours...

I didn't realize how much better this water tastes. Previously I would have to force myself to drink water, and now its my drink of choice! :-) The owner will show you how he processes this water. I also bought it because my hubsnd is in construction and I worry he's not getting enough water. Guess what? He's drinking plenty of water now. Thanks Water Tree!

I pick up my on line orders here all the time, great service. Their water is very good. I do not enjoy water. However theirs is really tasty. I put a slice of lemon in it and it is perfect. Thank you Water Tree. Job well done.

Water Tree alkaline water products are GREAT and much more HEALTHY and refreshing. The two young men runnning the store are very knowledgeable and very helpful in educating me about water contents and contaminants.Just as importantly, I love to see two young entrepreneurs that seem to be working very hard not only to provide a good product but also great customer service.I love supporting small local businesses where the owners are obviously working super hard to provide an over-the-top service and product to the community. I took water up there to be tested the picture is ozarka which stripes all minerals out of water. Water Tree takes chlorine out and puts back in minerals that your body needs. The water is alkaline PH which is very good for your body! Oh, Benbrook water has way too much chlorine in tap water!! I recommend going there and learn! Chris is great!
