I've had the most horrible experience using Wells Fargo. Was trying to close on a home said I needed to call to do a wire transfer, I did and was hung up 3 different times and come to find out I needed to go in. Mind you I'm in Weatherford and closest one is in Fort Worth. So I drive out there and they wanted to say it's appointment only. Long story short I got a cashiers check and wanted to close my account after this..... but you need a appointment for that lol. Needless to say save your time and bank with a better bank. Also the lady that did the check was nice but whoever behind the counter was not. Ever since Wells Fargo bought put Wachovia back in the day it's been horrid.

They don't give you anymore temporary cards if you loose yours..you have to call it in and they told me it takes 3-5 business days until I get my card. It has been a week and still no card

I had to come here to up the ranking for this location because I don't find 1.5 stars to be accurate. Everyone I came into contact with was incredibly pleasant and responsive. They used my name when applicable and each person I passed made eye contact and gave a greeting. I would definitely come to this location again.

Called day in advance and scheduled an appointment to open a business account. Drove 40 minutes to get there. After banker met with branch manager was informed that banker specializing in business accounts was not in. Proceeded to try to tell me the proper documents to open a business account- not sure how considering both she and manager were unable to open account themselves and could not provide a description of requested docs. Manager did not offer any assistance or leave her office to try to explain. Will go to another branch with competent employees that know how to operate a bank.

I have enjoyed banking with Wells Fargo since 2002. I have used several of their branch offices on the west side of Fort WORTH . All the employees from the tellers to the bank managers are TOP NOTCH. I have had many opportunities to bank at other banks. Yet I don't feel that these banks have anything to offer me that Wells Fargo is not already offering me. THANK YOU WELLS FARGO!!!

Bank only wants you to show up and give them your money on Friday as that’s the day they stay open till 6 pm. Any normal person w/ a 8 to 5 job can’t get there as they close at 5. I hope the Wells Fargo employees send me a email from the unemployment line when everyone starts closing their accounts like I am going to do

Worst branch Manager and team ever!!!
