Fast service. They came out due to a gas leak and took care of the problem immediately. The only thing they could improve upon is... communication. They didn't introduce themselves to home owner on arrival. And we had to ask what they were doing/recommending/how much/etc. We were thankful for them!

With supply chain issues and installation delays, coupled with an unexpected $4k out of pocket fix, it paid for itself in the first 4 hour outage we had last month.

Excellent service. A truck driver (hay delivery) accidentally hit our above ground propane pipes/ valves mechanism and we lost all of our propane gas the day prior to Thanksgiving 2022. PICO propane gas techs came immediately to try to fix the issue and to provide a temporary 150 gallon tank. Two of their best technicians stayed all night long taking care of our property and making sure the propane gas levels were not harmful to people or animals. They worked closely with Boerne Fire department who were also stellar. I have never seen this level of support, care, efficiency, and professionalism. I have extreme gratitude for Derek, John and Larry's outstanding job. Thank you very much PICO!

Pico really helped me out in a pinch. Woke up to an empty tank on Sunday morning (not the first time - we previously had a different propane provider). Called Pico and they were at my house in about 2 hours to take care of me - on a Sunday! Service tech was over the top polite and knowledgeable. She also installed a remote monitor - so it will never happen again (great phone app to go with it).They are bringing some great technologies to an otherwise archaic industry.Very happy new customer here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

In three years Pico has allowed my gas tank to run completely out even though I have the “keep full service”. Once creating such an issue my central heating unit cratered because of the issue. Pico is the worst company I have ever seen in this industry and their customer service doesn’t fall far from this tree.
