I have had several family members stay. The staff is always friendly and caring with the residents. They transport for appoints and any follow ups. I am pleased with the care my mother receives.

Awesome!! But first, I must tell you our story. I had no idea why the Lord had us move to Bertram in 2000. It became abundantly clear in 2019 when I was faced with putting my wife in a nursing facility. The BNH is for real, not only does my wife receive first rate care and attention, they demonstrate true personal care and love for her well being. Of course they smile and are friendly, but let me tell you it goes way beyond that......they really care for the residents well being. I have experienced it. From top to bottom the staff is there to support and provide your loved one with the level of care you so desire. I thank the Lord for setting me up to be only minutes from my dear wife. Tomorrow is in His hands.

All of the staff at the Bertram Nursing and Rehab facility are very caring and professional. They treat my family member like she is their own family. The premises are always clean and they go out of their way to make visiting a pleasant experience. Elena, the Activity Director, really stepped up through the COVID pandemic doing everything from cooking to haircuts. The charge nurses and aides go out of their way to make the residents comfortable and the office staff are wonderful about sorting out any issues that arise. Highly recommend this facility.

I have been nothing but happy with the exceptional care that this facility gives When you walk in the door it feels like family. The DON, activity director, business office, nurses, and med aids have been there for 20 plus years which speaks volumes.

We have been very happy with Bertram Nursing. The staff works hard and is very caring for their residents. They have answered any and all questions we have had in a timely manner. Our loved one is happy and has had zero complaints about anything since arriving a couple months ago.

I visited my uncle today, during the covid regime. I called ahead and they were ready for my visit. The staff was helpful to limit exposure. I was able to connect with him thru a window on the phone. I left with a truly grateful heart! Thank you for caring for my uncle.#24

My grandmother was transferred to Bertram from another facility after being in the hospital due to a fall. At first we were hesitant, but all of the staff were so amazing. Due to COVID family members weren't able to go inside, but the staff did everything in their power to keep us connected including daily calls, window visits, and transparent communication. The window visits were so helpful and a positive experience for everyone.Their compliance with CDC guidelines and procedures was outstanding.I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. It was a tragic accident, but she ended up such great care and attention. It was more than we could have hoped for. Special thank you to Bella and Hailey and all the staff who worked so hard.I

Nursing home treats their employees with respect. They don’t value their employees. Nursing home needs to be investigated for their lack of care provided to their residents. Needs to be investigated due to their lack of care to their employees.
