I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this store due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees (2 female employees-one being the manager). Every time I’ve asked for help, they’ve acted like I was inconveniencing them. One even rolled their eyes at me, while another spoke in a condescending and dismissive manner. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that’s no excuse to treat customers poorly.
It’s clear that good customer service isn’t a priority here. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome, so I won’t be returning. I’d recommend shopping elsewhere—somewhere that values and respects its customers.

I think the employees were great the store reminds me of an old IGA store type of store that carries like every little thing check it out drive in there go inside see what they got

Well the manager in the morning is very nice the rest of there staff Nee to be schooled how to be friendly and they don’t answer the phone hard to find good help I guess

Really hurts the customers when store manager walks out on company and the other manager believe they are GM gets new job leaves untrained female associate to run the store without proper training and gets more hours without any compensation as a frequent customer to dollar general and an avid reviewer it really upsets me to think Dollar General would do this such of a thing. I just had the worst experience ever with the checker at Dollar General. Amy was extremely rude. She needs some customer service skills or a different job. Not impressed at all.

Prices on shelf are rarely right. This us an ongoing issue here. Guess I'll head elsewhere from now on. Only positive is the self checkout. Store has really gone downhill this year.

Lots of merchandise. Cool Christmas stuff. And they had the kitty litter I went for. A little hard to get around. Stuff and people in the way.
