Excellent first time visit. Loved the flights learned a lot about different whiskeys and the fermentation process. Staff was excellent and the food was really good. The corned beef and cabbage was fantastic.

Such a cute place. Great place to spend St Pattys day. The wine and spirits are top notch only to be bested by the friendly service!

Under the leadership of Dr. Kevin Flanigan, the distillery and winery is outfitted with modern spirit and winemaking equipment. Along with his wife, Dana, they oversee the distilling and winemaking processes. Most of all they seek the highest-quality grapes and agricultural products available in order to make spirits, whiskey and wine with a passion towards quality.
