The owner has demonstrated a commitment to resolving issues, even when they are not the fault of the business, such as providing a free camshaft and 4th gen conversion kit when a customer experienced a problem due to their own negligence. Customers have expressed their appreciation for the time and effort the business takes to help them find the right solutions to their problems. The staff is described as knowledgeable and great people, who are more than willing to work with customers to address any issues they may encounter, even offering discounts on products when necessary. Great fellows to do business with. The owner went way out of his way to fix an issue that was NOT even his fault!! And it cost him a good bit of money.
A camshaft broke because of negligence on our end and he sent a free camshaft and 4th gen conversion kit.
