It would be good if they updated the schedule. Online it says that on Saturdays they close at 4:00 pm and someone comes to the office and they close at 12:00 pm

I've never really found a bank that I love because let's face it, banking is not easy. There are lots of moving pieces and it can be confusing or frustrating to the average banker, like myself. I was pretty upset with my old bank for the last time when I walked into R Bank a couple weeks ago ready to switch again. Kelsey hands down has been amazing, she helped fix all my problems that were steming from my old bank and she made me immediately feel taken care of, cared for and she even sent me on my way in a better state than when I walked in. I've had the pleasure of meeting several tellers and employees at this location and they all go out of their way to make you feel wanted at their bank. Thanks so much Jarrell R Bank.

There ok would like it if the online thing worked or if it didn't cost money to check my balance cause the online thing doesn't work and don't ask me if I need help with the online thing cause I've called you guys over a million times to fix it and it just doesn't work

I have done 3 commercial loans now with Julia at Rbank in Bertram. They are the kind of bank you WANT to work with. It's personal, it's painless and they genuinely want to build a relationship together. They have earned my business for a lifetime. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a bank. They have set the new standard in customer service.
