I feel the Postmaster Richard went above and beyond to locate my missing live Queen Bee that had been shipped to the wrong Post Office mistakenly. I had contacted him yesterday afternoon to see if he could help me find out where she was and why she hadn’t been delivered yet because the tracking showed she was still in Houston. He tried to follow up at that time and was seeing the same information, but said he would follow up with it first thing the following morning(today) to see if he could locate her. He contacted me first thing this morning and found out where she had been mistakenly shipped to, and contacted that post office to see if they would hold her so we would be able to go pick her up. We were concerned because of the time she had already spent in the mail. I am really grateful that he was willing to go that extra mile for me and I could tell there was actual concern in his voice about her well-being due to her prolonged arrival. The queen and her retinue were all still alive and active but that outcome could’ve been very different if they’d had to spend a few more days in the mail. Thanks again to Richard for going that extra mile.🐝

Huge thanks to Richard at USPS! My package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, and Richard went above and beyond to help me. He visited the address four times, recovered the package, and personally brought it to my house — all while keeping me updated with calls. His dedication and kindness turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Truly grateful for his help!

These Bertram Post Office workers are a breath of fresh air. They are hard working and treat me like family. I've been going here for over two years and they are getting the job done 100%. Everything from helping with forwarding services, holding mail, finding a lost package. Amazing!!

Such a joke of a place. Opens at 8 and closes at 4. How is a working person supposed to get their packages if it closes at 4! When you call you are greeted with a robot!

I’m sitting in my living room. I see the mail delivery person drive up to my mailbox. After a few minutes, they drive away. I go out and find a notice that they missed me while I was out! I was sitting right here and saw them in front of my mailbox! Now I have to figure out when I can get this thing that they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t get out of the car.
This is maddening! THEY DID NOT TRY TO DELIVER! THEY CHOSE NOT TO DELIVER!

Parking lot is not well lit and needs to be restriped. No weekend hours for package pickup. And mail/deliveries are never out by 10am as they should be. People are friendly at least, and that's an improvement over one cranky old lady that really made you not want to go up there.

I'm not sure why all of the bad reviews. I've always had a good experience when I go to this post office, as well as with the delivery drivers. Always friendly and accommodating. I've even had them (Tony) call me when one of my packages from another delivery company was sitting at the wrong address and he noticed when delivering mail there. He didn't have to do that.

My husband arrived 5 minutes before they closed, which is annoying, I know. But we both work and he got off of work early just to send this. They were charging $40 to ship a tiny box to NY.. which I’ve shipped at other locations the same thing and it was never over $6.. And while he was transferring money into his account to pay, the clock struck 4:15 (closing time) and THEY LITERALLY KICKED HIM OUT AND DID NOT SHIP THE PACKAGE. He literally bought a box and taped up the label IN THE STORE and they wouldn’t take his package to ship. This is the most outrageously horrible customer service I have ever heard of in my life.

The older lady that sometimes is at the front desk has absolutely no idea of customer service! The man that is usually there is very nice and helpful. The lady should be fired or kept in the back. She is a bitter angry person

I went there one and it was enough for me. The is a old lady that works there and she has to win a prize of AWFUL service, very RUDE, no manners and dismissive. I'll drive further not to deal with that kind of service.
