I usually don’t feel the need to leave reviews but today when I went to Walgreens on ValleyMills where I usually go, I couldn’t help but take notice of Abby the Shift Lead since 2023’s utter rudeness. I was redirected to her & was not greeted first of all, not a “hi there, hello, etc.”. The entire interaction was very dismissive & just plain rude. I also couldn’t help but notice the disrespectful way she spoke to the other mature lady employee who was on shift with her. She must be doing something right to be shift lead, but she definitely could use another orientation on customer service.

This Walgreen’s has the most amazing associates! They are all so willing to help, no matter what they are doing in their job….they stop immediately when asked and then usually take me to the product I can’t seem to find! I highly recommend Walgreens….way better than CVS!!

I was having I was having trouble with my card at the register and my insurance card the lady was patient she was nice she was actually no way you can do that truck he's not in Reverse so he's not trying to do nothing kind of funny so I have a good time and easy time let me get out and go get

In the pharmacy there is one particular lady who is always working either the front desk or drive thru in the evening, she is always so rude! Even when you call she is rude! Called today to check my prescription and she put me on hold for 5 minutes. Then when I called back she kept putting my info in wrong and was also talking to someone else while on the phone with me. Never have had this problem!

I would like to review Sara a technician in the pharmacy. She is an exceptional employee. She helped save me money on my prescriptions. She went above and beyond in her dedication to Walgreen's customers. I highly recommend her. A true advocate.
