“Considering the fact that I’ve only had this car a couple months and already having issues is concerning enough. This dealership supposedly prides itself on its small hometown customer care but it’s just another money hungry dealership. When it comes to you needing something you’re an inconvenience. I regret going through this dealership. I should’ve just stuck with my original plan of driving out a few hundred miles to a bigger city with more competition, I would’ve at least gotten a better price on the vehicle. Oh well you live and learn. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
Update: Jeff at Glasscock has completely turned my experience around. He went out of his way to come and get my car to get it looked at and find the issue with the radio. I appreciate everything he has done and will do to get the issue resolved, I put the problem on the back burner when I had more pressing matters to deal with but he followed up with me and has really done everything in his power to make it right.”
