This establishment will not be a stop for me any longer. Only one customer out of perhaps 20-25 was wearing a mask. The signs are up but are not enforced or regarded. No Pilots for me!

Well it's kind of just like a little countertop I had to wait for an employee to come from wherever she was for like 10 minutes it was really expensive I'll have to say not the best Cinnabon and I've ever nothing very special at all I probably would not eat there again at that location not say anything bad about Cinnabon definitely waited a really long time and it seemed like the price was a lot more than what I was used to and it could have been the weather I'm not sure but it really didn't seem that fresh wish I could say something better but I can't

Been here for 5 days so far, & the employees are very nice & professional. One day my coworker & I were planning to take a team shower, when we realized that we had lost our Pilot rewards card. One of the ladies told us not to worry & she gave us a free shower. Since that day we have been going there for the best experience on how well these employees give out to these customers. During the day you could hear them yell out "Fresh Hot Pizza!!". The first time I heard them say that, I could see severeal customers walk up to buy, either slices of pizza or whole pizzas. Great way of getting customer's attention. Keep up the great work!!

I deliver frac sand to oil fields in the Big Lake area. The Pilot is great just wish it had more parking for big trucks.

This Pilot Travel Center is huge. I still prefer Buccee's, but this was the next best thing. This place has a Taco Bell, Cinnabon, PF Fresh, convenience store, gas station, and truckstop. There are places you can sit to eat your food. And there are plenty of hot and cold food options. Plenty of snacks and drinks, ice and much more. There is an ATM available. You can go through the regular checkout line or through one of multiple self check out lines. They're open 24/7. The oil boom in this area has caused the need for such places as pilot travel center. Several new hotels of also popped up, much more than you would expect for a town the size of Big Lake. The bathrooms are well-maintained.
