Very pleasant experience. The room was nice linens were clean and fresh and staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Very friendly and clam atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, nice staff, a good spread in the morning over breakfast and snacks for the day or over the road. Fruit, dairy, eggs, etc.

The hotel is not the most luxurious place but the staff is amazing and makes you feel like you belong. The breakfast isn't your run of the mill dehydrated eggs and paper thin bacon. This is my favorite place to stay when I am in town.

Decent rooms, breakfast is edible most days. Had a cleaning person steal my charger so that sucked, all they did was make sure she didn’t clean my room again.

So far it is a HUGE improvement over the last place we stayed at for work in Big Lake. Clean rooms, polite staff, nice enough** still nice place but when water was cut off there was no notice from the management or staff until you came up and asked

I was grateful to staff for their help getting as many bookings as I needed for our gathering. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. Everyone in our group had a good experience. We would definitely stay at your hotel again.

This is one of the Best Hotel's I've stayed at on business. The Staff is so friendly and handle any problems that may occur Professionally and properly. I would recommend the Big Lake Cobblestone to anyone on business are just a get away. For Sure this is my First Choice.

i Love Staying at the Big Lake Cobblestone. Eeryone is so Friendly and Helpful , i would not think of staying any where else when i come to big lake on business. There are some times when i stay out here for weeks on end. But no problem because it feels like my 2nd home. From the Great manager to the lobby girls and the room staff i feel at home. So for Me there is no question about where im staying. Good Job Cobblestone. And Thanks to all the Staff for making my stay so much like Home !!!!!!

Jen and her team are great! Good rooms, good beds and they even have jacuzzi rooms, was a welcome surprise after a 6 hour drive and booking on short notice! Pricing is great compared to less desirable spots in the area. If you’re shopping around for employees working in the area or just passing through, would definitely recommended!
