I don’t think they care if people trash there place trash everywhere and it was supposed to be wifi but in and out all the time more out the in it’s ok for price bit expect to use your own hotspot

Don’t use the washers! My friend saw some people plugging card skimmers into the washer he was using. They were creeping around and he was the only one doing laundry. Shady stuff going on!

Great weekly and monthly prices for the area. It works well for a shift worker. My schedule changes on a daily basis and regardless they made sure room was clean and fresh towels. Quiet place, room for the whole crew. Full size fridge/kitchenette is a big plus.

Place is a complete dump house keeping is even worse ...they have no pride whatsoever, Beds are full of bed bugs and stained, smells completely like mold and cats

Huge dump. We had to take the first place we could find & we sorely regret not doing any research first.
This is the kind of place you see in movies where they take hookers.
No soap for the bathroom, the towels were as old as I am, smells, nothing at all in the rooms, no coffee, only Spanish TV channels, beds that looked like they still needed to be cleaned, paper thin walls, no breakfast, shower faucet broke off when I tried to take a shower, no hot water!!!
And the price!!! $118! We paid that for Stone Lizard Lodge & it was first class. This place was a dive.

Service is great, room is like ok I guess, your a oilfield guys need somewhere cheap that just a bed and a shower, then this is perfect for you, it is away from everyone, so if u like quite this the place for u, minus the rooster In the morning..

If I had to explain my experience here I would say it was not pleasant,the rooms are dusty,the sheets look like they've had a good use over the years and we'll I'm not expecting a 5 star hotel but then again, if I had to sum up this place,imagine the most ghetto side of your town motel 6 just downgraded
Was it convenient to stay here yes
They did have staff driving around cleaning
But it doesn't make up for the fact of these conditions
The appearance is horrid,the doors look like you're about to enter a crime scene,the smell isn't pleasant in the rooms and the amount of dust looks like you're staying in an abandoned antique room
I am here only because of my company
I drive an hr back to midland just to sleep comfortable
And it's worth it rather than staying here
Do yourself the favor and check up the street for something more pleasant,this place is not it.

Been there the guy tony was really helpful
Clean rooms amazing service by amazing i mean quick and fast who ever goes to this place is a must stay motel grand inn when you are there reach out to tony brother goes extra miles on service
