I have only been in Big Sandy about three years but Austin Bank is my bank! All of the staff that work there are so wonderful and they do really treat you like family!

What a rotten overall experience! I was "eyed" suspiciously before I even spoke. Then this "manager" came out ( Alanna I believe ) and let me tell you, how this lady became a manager is beyond me. ZERO customer service skills, in fact ZERO is too much. She put the ratings into net negative territory. In addressing another employee she even referred to me as a *!##&@. She was stuck up, pretentious, condescending and rude! My old pappy would have said "she acted ugly".What did I expect from a hick state bank anyway? Especially with an angry, unfulfilled harpy acting like she's in charge. I won't be back. Going to a REAL bank where my kind gentlemanly demeanor will be appreciated!

My hometown bank where they treat you like Family. The times I have needed a loan it was an immediate answer. I have been banking here over 40 years.

My fiancee had an issue and all they did was nothing. They didnt even try to help help her. Put your money in a real bank and dont waste your time with these guys

We were driving thru Texas on side roads stopped at the bank because my 3 year old had to go potty. They were very nice to us.
