“I just moved back to the area after 40 years in Central Texas. Belong to multiple Jeep group pages and get referrals from them on where to take my Jeep for repairs that are trustworthy and fair to "women" clients. My BIL and sister told me to take it here. I did and told him what little I could about my problem and what estimates I had seen online. 30 minutes later he called with his quote said would be plus or minus 100 but would call me if he found anything out of the ordinary. Literally being a small town I thought would be so much higher. Called next day and he said could get started in day or two. No problem I work from home. He called back a couple hours later and my Jeep was fixed. Right on target with his quote no extra unexpected fees. Small town living at it's best. Thank you Mr. Johnson.”

“I own a couple of vehicles over or very near 20-25 years old. I feel I have been charged fairly and treated respectfully. I have always felt confident that only necessary repairs were made and all interactions with Mr. John, Sr and his son, Jr were and continue in good faith. I wish more mechanic shops were as trustworthy as Hawkins Auto Body.

Though they have a sign and flag, it is easy to pass their shop up because it blends in with close-setting houses. The best way to notice them is that there is a seasonal stand selling fresh fruits and vegetables along with plants in the same parking area.

I’m very picky on who I trust my vehicle maintenance work with and I have received years of consistently high quality work and parts from this business. I own two businesses that are dependent on well functioning 3/4 trucks on a daily basis. Steve & Sid recently did a complete overhaul of a 2006 Chevy 2500 for me. Truck is mechanically like new again from motor rebuild to rebuilding front end steering components. These guys go above and beyond to get job done correctly and are not above correcting themselves if they make a mistake. Highly recommend!”
