I'll do more than just stars. I've used these guys for about 6 months or so now and they are so friendly,and willing to help. I am a single mom and they are always so courteous and work with me as much as they can. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Big Spring Lock Storage is great. My 1st and only storage unit that I have rented with zero regrets. They have affordable prices, professional and courteous staff, clean environment, secure and spacious units. I highly recommend them to anyone. Jennifer is always very polite, cheerful, and kind. I also love the decorative boxes they have available on sale in the office. Everything is very convenient! ?

My husband and I currently rent a storage from Big Spring Lock and Storage. They have a wonderful manager, Jennifer. She is always so kind, helpful and professional. Great facility easy to get in and out when needed even if it's late in the evening. Clean storage buildings and very professional staff to handle all your needs . Also has plenty of lights and cameras to protect your storage.

Jennifer was so kind, courteous, professional, and helpful the entire process. On top of that, we went to the wrong gate for our unit and had a very important deadline to meet with our uhaul. Jennifer still helped us after hours when we thought all hope was lost. We cannot thank you guys enough for all your help!

My husband and I rented a 10×20 storage unit.Great prices for the units. Also the unit we rented was very clean and so is the property. I do have to say that the staff here is amazing. Jennifer did an amazing job. Very helpful and most importantly very kind. The access hours are good. I highly recommend Big Spring Lock Storage. Thank you so much Jennifer!

The property manager did an amazing job. I tried to go and pick up my uhaul i had reserved at another location and the battery was dead and after attempting to jump it the uhaul wouldn't start. I called her and she had a uhaul that had just been returned and she immediately got it ready for me and had the uhaul ready when I pulled up. She had impeccable customer service skills and went above and beyond her job title to help me!! I'll never use anyone else! Thank you so much.

No place to drop keys for uhaul service. Vague instructions on where to put vehicle. But definitely don't want it blocking drives or in front of buildings. Use another location, save your sanity
