If you need help don't go to this store. The representative will just tell you he works on commission and gives you a number to call. Turns out it's a dealer number so useless for me.

I accidentally put my phone in fastboot mode while I was visiting my sister in the neighboring town. Luckily, at&t was less than a mile from her house. When we got there, the employees were knowledgeable and efficient, as well as NICE! The fix for the phone took less than 5 minutes, which includes the reboot. And it was Free...
