reasonable prices considering it's a tax service. super friendly and professional throughout the entire office. everything is done in a timely manner and communication is great! if you're considerate of her time, she'll be considerate of yours! 11/10 stars lol

Been trying for 4 days to set up an appointment or just get an answer if they can help me or not with what I need. The secretary keeps saying she'll give the CPA the message and dont hear nothing back. I called again and ask if they were going to be able to help me and she says CPA will call you today and nothing.

You have to understand when Audra is in charge of your taxes a real profesional is in charge, every question I have she answers fast and very accurately. She is the kind of person who would call me or text me to let me know about important tax information I wasn’t aware of, and takes care of us .With Audra you are in good hands .

My experience with Audra Kirby has been nothing but positive. She patiently answered all of my questions, and made herself available whenever I had questions. My tax burden was also much lower than I had expected it to be. Audra Kirby makes use of the latest technology so sharing documents and paying my taxes has never been easier. My father and I were tired of using commercial tax services who make you feel like a number, with no personal connection. Instead, we made the decision to go to Audra Kirby, CPA. Wow, what a huge difference! We felt like Audra treated us like family, and truly cared about doing our taxes. She is not only intelligent, but meticulous in her tax preparation. I felt confident we were getting our taxes done right and she answered all of our questions, that provided us with great insight! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent CPA!!!!

Worst service ever and her boyfriend is a total idiot. They tried to site there agreement to us about payment up front (very strange that a legitimate company would need payment up front.) but forgot that the agreement also said that it would have a list of charges, which we never received and only found out the charges after the fact, which where definitely well beyond the services provided. Her boyfriends response was "take it or leave it". Just a clear disregard of respect and professionalism. NEVER USE this service and I use the term service loosely.

The worst CPA we have ever used. Would not line out our costs upfront so we do not know what we are being charged for or able to see what our taxes look like before being submitted. Would not recommend to ANYONE!! Horrible customer service and not friendly. Definitely NOT looking out for your best interest.
