“We broke down on the Interstate at the Snyder Exit. I drive a 02 Model Suburban, its a Sunday THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I called O'Reillys first, only to be told I'm outta luck they have to order. I'm now thinking OMG, I'm about to be in a hotel over night because I have a Mechanic but no part. So I Google the next place, I find NAPA! But I already know what I'm about to be told! The guy on the other end takes a look. And they just happen to have a radiator for my year model in store! Are you serious if that wasn't Devine intervention. So my dad drives all the way from Odessa the NAPA guy says he would have it saved and off we went to pick it up. The in store guys were great, we got there and it really was the year we needed. Thank you guys so much! My husband who's disabled wasn't having a easy time of being stuck on the side of the road nor my kids and fur baby! Between you, God and my dad that day we were able to make it all the way back to Oklahoma that night and not be stuck in Big Springs! Thank you guys so much for all your help and quick service!! My family appreciated being able to make it home!”
