HUGE FAIL!! Went in to get our alternator tested and neither employee in the store knew how to test an alternator. Store manager obviously isn't training employees.

I only gave a one star rating because of this one experience today. As a loyal customer, i hate to say i experienced laziness from one employee that i have all my info to type in computer for an oil change special but for some reason the young man told me he can’t sell me the product because he doesn’t know the kind of oil filter i need. Would the computer tell you what oil filter i need?
