My mom lives there. Went to visit and for the 3rd time is infested with cockroaches. Went today to take her home after being gone a couple weeks on vacation and still infested with roaches and now bedbugs. What a joke. Talk to management and they say we will get to it!. Ya right 6 months ago they cut a hole in the wall behind her toilet to fix a plumbing leak....still not fixed.

If you want bed bugs rent here because they don’t care how disgusting that place gets it’s ridiculous how many times you report about bed bugs and roaches and they refuse to spray the apartments they say they won’t spray till it’s infested my mothers apartment is infested and she is ate up she has bites all over her and a rash she is elderly and can’t spray or bomb it herself she is threatened that if she sprays or bombs her house for bed bugs she will be wrote up and kicked out it’s very poorly managed and the maintenance men only talk about what people have in their house instead of doing there jobs even if I show proof or she does they say it’s all in her head there is mold in the windows they don’t give any filters for the ac units if your house is hot as hell they say it’s all in your head everything you report is supposedly in our heads all the office people are stuck up and only care about getting a pay check they won’t replace anything the infestation is their faults for being poor maintenanced and they say oh you have to get rid of all your stuff like how are we supposed to do this when we are already struggling we threw the furniture away and got new just for the infestation to come back now they are saying it’s all in my head and my mothers head I wouldn’t rent here at all keep your loved ones safe from this trashy ran down place DO NOT RENT HERE I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

This place is a dump. After having reported to the office a plethora of times about bed bugs and roaches they have yet to do anything about them. They have denied me and others of humanitarian rights such as faulty air conditioners, hot water etc. They show constant disrespect to most of the tenants except the ones they are buddy-buddy with. Their maintenance employees think that nobody can understand them when they speak Spanish but I can. It isn’t right for them to call me names and blatantly talk like that in front of me. I never thought I would go through something like this but it’s happened a multitude of times. If it happens to me I can only imagine who else they talk about in a negative connotation without the tenant being aware of the dialogue being said. DO NOT RENT HERE! I would not recommend anybody bring a child into this building because of the disgusting stuff that is here. My shower has mold growing on the ceiling and on the walls and after complaining again and again they eventually just stopped coming to my room. They ceased communication with me and just ignore my complaints whenever I try to let them know that I need new facilities. I wish I could go somewhere else but this is the only place I can afford. STAY AWAY for your own safety! They are retaliatory especially when you ask them to do THEIR JOB. They really hate doing what they’re paid to do and will even go out of their way to retaliate against people when they complain. I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE, DO NOT STAY HERE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Opi in the office really helped me when I was in need of a place to live. They care.. maintenance men are sometimes rude, I don't know why. The ladies in the office are always super sweet, and the cleaning ladies always do a great job! I really like living here. There's a sense of security. It's peaceful enough.
