Definitely wouldn't recommend this place . i took my phone to get the screen fixed & i had my sim card before i took it in & when i got my phone back my sim card was gone . called them to let them know & they said they didn't have it but we're the only ones who had access to my phone . so i went to cricket too get a new sim card & explained to the lady what happened & she knew exactly who it was who fixed my phone & took it .& that they were located across the street from kfc . stating that it's happened too her & a lot more other customers who go in .

I went in looking for a hard to find phone case. They had one. The customer service was the best. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place if you need a phone case or if you need your phone fixed the guy that works here is very helpful and will get you in and out and the prices are very cheap

Extremely pleased with the service and prices. Had a new screen put in an iPhone x and was done within an hour of dropping it off. Highly recommend if you need a repair done.

He use to be in the mall and relocated his business here. Still the same great guy that fixes cellphones and tablets. He is a very honest man and is also very helpful. When we need our phones fixed, we take it here. We have had issues with older phones and brought them to him, he was kind enough to tell us that it was not worth fixing it instead of fixing it and charging us for it. This is another reason he is a great person.

Mohammad is a very honest and straightforward man. Gave me his opinion and recommendation and came out with a fixed phone and a lot less than I was expecting to pay. Highly recommended.

Pro: Customer service: excellentPolite and kind.He tried to do what was economically best for me as a customer.Con: Did not do what I asked despite repeating myself 3 times.I am extremely militant when it comes to what I ask someone to do. I gave explicit instructions to replace the port on my wife’s iPhone. The tech insisted that the replacement port would break down. I get that but charging my phone now is far more important to me than paying for another repair later. I told him that I want it replaced no matter what. We went to eat for an hour (the Mexican food place in the mall was delicious by the way) and came back. The phone port was not replaced rather it was cleaned contrary to what I agreed to pay for. Being pressed for time we paid and left for Dallas.The phone didnt charge even with a new Apple brand cord after a few hours. We took the phone to a repair place in Dallas later that next week to which they replaced the port as requested. The parts were the same type he had warned about but they have lasted this entire time (since June).Moral of the story: the customer is NOT always right except this time.I was 100% spot on.PeriodI would use him again but this time I would make it clear that no other outcome is acceptable.

I stopped in this afternoon noon to get the screen on my phone replaced, and it only took about 30 mins. My phone works great! I should have dropped in a month ago. The owner is very nice and the price for phone protective items is very reasonable. I hope not to need any phone repairs in the near future, but if I do this is where I will go.
