I've had my car less than 3 years. I get my oil changed at the dealership because it's a cheap as anywhere else with the oil I use. My battery was bad, so we took it to the dealership. They charged $40 just to hook it up to the diagnostic machine. Then they wanted over $300 to replace the battery. Are you kidding me?!?!?! I like our salesman and I will still get my oil changed there, but that's it. My car is a 2020. They should have changed the battery for free.

I took my truck here for warranty work a few times. They can never recreate the issue unless you give them permission to drive the vehicle home. This was my experience every time. The latest time they had my vehicle, they had it for over 2 months and never even ordered parts. They were able to confirm that the vehicle had issues but would not order parts. They claimed that they could not read the codes because they reset. When I inquired as to why they did not have a computer

ok, so we came in with some issues on our Chevy 3500. Jennifer immediately said it needed a new motor that would cost us over $10,000, but would be good for the next 3 years/100,000 miles! Well, we had a warranty that covered it, but when I got the bill that showed what our warranty company paid, it was less than $3000! supposedly our warranty company went with a rebuild, which no one told us anything about. So now we are wondering if they were trying to take an additional $7000 from us! oh, and the technician recommended new spark plugs and wires, ok, we thought, go ahead. So we paid $589. Pick up truck late on a Friday, and Saturday the check engine light comes on, and the RPM's are acting up. We bring back Monday, and now the oil pressure sensor is out and this is going to be $571. Hmm, I guess this is likely? Do the work. THEN Jennifer calls and says, it needs new brakes and rotors, and its going to be an ADDITIONAL $1600!! WTH! We said, enough, we are coming to get our truck! then they wouldn't let us drive it home, saying we had to hire a wrecker to pick up, because it was "unsafe". They said they told us about the bad brakes the 1st time we took it, but we refused to repair! COMPLETE LIE! IF this was true, why would we have been able to drive it from their repair shop! So much for their 7 point inspection! if you need a Chevy dealership, do NOT go here! Wish I would have read the prior reviews, then I would have headed to Lamesa or Midland! lesson learned!!

My husband and I wanted to buy a dually truck from here a few months ago. The salesman console yet ignores me and would only speak to my husband even though the truck was primarily for me. They only had one dually on the lot and it wasn't exactly what we needed so we told them what they were looking for and they said they could find one for us, which is fair because they are hard to find. We left them all of our info, but they never reached out to us. We've seen multiple trucks on the lot that would have fit our needs. Ended up buying from a dealership an hour away. Do not recommend.
