Bad customer service. My car is there, they are fixing it after an accident I had, my husband is helping me through the phone because he's out of state. They refused to talk to him by phone, even that we are customer. They have no idea of organizing information, everybody says a different things, they can't figure out how to handle the insurance company. My husband was trying to help because he has experience in claims,but they refused to talk to him!! 😡😡😡 They have no idea of what they are doing 🤬🤬🤬 Four women and no one knows anything

I was driving through Big Spring and was in an accident. I don’t live near there. Crossroads did an amazing job. I may have it towed to Big Spring if I ever have trouble.

Couldn’t be happier they worked on my wife’s Tesla after she hit a deer and the other shops in west Texas told us they wouldn’t look at it since it was a Tesla and they went through the hoops with Tesla to get the parts and got my wife back on the road even tho they have never worked on a TeslaService: Auto body & trim repair

I took my car to CrossRoads Collision Center and couldn’t be happier with the service and work I received. I picked my car up today with it looking even better than before. they even washed and vacuumed my car and gave it a quick wipe down. Hands down the easiest repair experience I’ve ever had, and probably ever will have. Reasonably price, fast, and great service.
