This is the worst meat market in Texas. Don’t waste your time or money. And above all, do NOT take a beef there to be processed. You will not be satisfied and they will not stand behind their processing or even attempt to work out a settlement or solution. Now I know why he only accepts cash, so you can’t stop payment. I’ve learned a lesson, never take a custom beef to be butchered where the owner has a meat market next to the butcher shop!

Took a pig in over 4 weeks ago they made me get it in by a certain time then didn't do anything to it for 4 weeks called every week...supposed to have got bacon didn't get baconPoor customer service...girls acted offended by taking call the whole idea of taking an animal to a processor is to have fresh meat done supposedly by a professional ...not very professional will never go back again way over charged for bad service

Hulls meat company is a fraud Took hog in made me rush in then took 5 weeks to process ...not fresh ...asked me if I wanted bacon then come to find out you have to cure or smoke somewhere else ? Also the butcher not good service acted offered when I call to check status and didn't get cuts meat I ordered feel that butcher needs find a different line of work bc he didn't do a worth while job that's for sure

Hall's meat company is a rip off a fraud and they do not do a good job. They overcharged and took 6 weeks to get a pig back cut. Ask for if we wanted bacon they cut meat. Then you gotta smoke it or cure it yourself the whole point of getting bacon is to get bacon

Had 2 steers processed last October and this is the worst processing we have ever had. Packages of roasts are nothing but bone and fat. The dried crust from the carcass was all ground into the hamburger. It is close to inedible because of it. Burger is mostly fat . Our steaks have had the dried crust left on them. We paid $1400 for them to essentially ruin most of our beef. Absolutely disgusting what they did to 2 nice beef.

Loved loved their beef jerky they sell its about $10, but ample amount, great tasting, thin and crispy. One flavor at the time I went in not sure if they offer different flavors and were just out??

Had a steer processed here, no telling what you will get when you open a package. Roasts had big bones lots of fat and some meat. Did not do anything we asked for!

Disappointed, went to pick up bones for my pack like I have been doing for years, usually a huge box for $5. This time it was $10 for 5 or 6 bones they are going to throw away,.

Had 2 pigs processed here and they didn't do anything we asked. The bacon and ham wasn't even cured. The sausage was on but not very tasty. The only meat that was good was the pork chops. Will not be going there again.
