Welcome to Knollwood Heights our multi-unit rental community features 1, 2, & 3 bedroom layouts with fully equipped kitchens that include microwaves, full size washer and dryer and ceiling fans. The residents can enjoy the refreshing swimming pool, playground, tot lot and picnic area with grills. Program Qualifications - The apartments in this community participate in The Housing Choice Voucher Program designed to maintain affordable housing for residents. Income limits apply to all households.

    This place kept my deposit after having me wait over 6 weeks. Tried to contact them they were never respondinh to me. The other reviewers are correct. It is a scam. They claim to have availability, but they don't. They just wany your deposit.

    Garbage complex with garbage staff that will rip you off any chance they get, including stealing your deposit if you choose not to move in.

    They helped out and worked very hard and fast to get me and my family in an apartment during a hard time!!
