“So this store is not too big and not too small. You won’t be wandering around getting lost in busy aisles, but instead you’ll be in and out in 6 minutes or less, depending if you don't get lose in there huge selection. They have one of the largest selections of Beer, Spirits and Wine. Whether you’re looking for your go-to bottle or looking for something off the beaten path, your sure to find it! The workers are wonderful and very helpful, so go tell them hi and let them help you find something delicious.”
“Friendly & knowledgeable clerks. Has sake & absinthe. I wish Big Mike's had a beer selection that included Pilsner Urquell & St. Pauli Girl, but the selection is otherwise good.”
“Wow, what a selection! This place is packed with all of the good stuff. I you'd the store by Walmart and they were $12 higher on my favorite bottle. TSB is my new go to when working in Big Spring.”
“My experiences in this place date back to the early 1970’s. I would come here with my grandfather, Sam Brown. He opened and owned this store until his passing in 1987. My grandmother, his wife, was Lillian Brown (Callihan). Grandaddy, as I called him, would bring me here when he opened for the day. I recall him taking money from the safe in the floor to make deposits at the bank. He would always give me the promotional signs and items that beer and liquor distributors would provide for advertising. I am proud to see that this location has retained his name. I have not been back to Big Spring in over 40 years. I hope to return one day to visit all of my families resting spots.”
