I represent North Texas Truck Stop, a diesel truck dealership in the Dallas area. We had a customer who experienced a valvetrain issue on a 2022 Duramax within 1,000 miles of purchase. Overclock Diesel is the most reputable diesel shop in West Texas, so he took it there to be addressed. Overclock took care of our customer and us quickly, fairly and with the utmost of professionalism. We will be sending all of our West Texas customers to Overclock from this point forward. My husband and I drove from East Tx, 6 hours for an emissions removal, complete delete. Randy and his guys did an amazing job!!! Krista also was a huge help making us feel like family, great with all the paperwork. They are down to earth, good folks. Would recommend to anyone , definitely will be a returning customer for other work.

Took my car to Randy to fix ignition. He had it fixed in two days. This is the second time we've used this shop. They know their stuff. My car starts right up. Everyone we dealt with is very nice. Good people. I highly recommend this place.

Randy and JP are very knowledgeable Mechanic's, and make you feel good no matter how bad the situation is and they actually care about their customers! They worked day after day even with delay on parts and still got it done very quickly considering some other difficulties they came across with my truck and never hesitated to answer a question that I had. For the times we are in, it seems like the good and trustworthiness of people is running dry. Randy and JP are very knowledgeable Mechaincs, a shop in midland had done me wrong on a big turbo job and Randy immediately took my truck in and got me set right. Randy and JPs people skills are impeccable. They make you feel good no matter how bad the situation is and they actually care about their customers! They worked late for me and never hesitated to answer a question that I had. Both of them went above and beyond even pointing out east quick fixes for the truck that were needed.
