This place is the best! My dad is 98 years old. Leslie helped him get to the restroom quickly. Restrooms are clean and ready to go. Michelle helped me get his clothes washed promptly. Everybody was so nice. If you stop here, you will see that everybody works hard. I recommend this place.

NOT a place for a car to fill up! I will never stop for fuel at a Pilot station again. It took an estimated 40 minutes to complete our fill-up. I couldn't get the pump to activate after a lot of effort which included following the limited available instructions on the pump. Went inside, stood in a long line to find out a customer specified amount of deposit, only inside the store, was required to activate our pump. This instruction was NOT posted at the pump. A receipt was only available by standing in the long line for a third time. An inside the store receipt is necessary to get details, such as volume, of the transaction. The deposit hold remains on the card for days. We are now working with cc provider to change the amount to the actual purchase amount. I highly recommend avoiding this gasoline station that is employing an antiquated payment system and a long line for payment and a receipt.

Small old store. Diesel pumps need to be updated

Tried 3 different gas pumps and none of them worked! Went inside finally to get a coke, and the on the first ice dispenser, the metal bar to activate it was broken off. Use the next one and tried to get Coke Zero and there was no syrup, only clear liquid came out. Then tried to use the self checkout to scan a bag of chips and the scanner didn’t work!! Lady at the counter was friendly and I told her about the pumps and they said they’re getting new ones soon. I hope they do for their sakes because she said not everyone is nice about it. Won’t be going back.

This place gets a zero. The worst customer service. I'm so pissed off that I'll never come here again. Pieces of you no what here. Wouldn't give me a shower cuz they have no hot water. Now I have to waster time to y stopping at another truck stop and I'm in a hurry. Dirty scum bags

Just another pilot that don't care about customer service. So when they thought they could force me to use self check out I went to TA. Maybe if they would actually do their jobs I would make a purchase. I really don't care if corporate wants a 78% self check out usage. I refuse to use it so you lost my business at this location
