We were stuck in Sterling City, TX with a trailer tire that was about to blowout, Sunday evening. RoadRunner was the only company within a 90 mile radius that responded to our need.
The tech who responded was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond. He not only took care of the tire, but he also tightened the wheel hubs and ensured we were safely on the road.
Seeing his truck coming in with full on LED lights, looked like a superhero coming to the rescue!
When we got back on the road, we saw him again passing by and then turning around to assist another traveler who got broken down.
We could not recommend them enough and are very appreciative of their services. 10 out of 10, would use again!

Stay away from this Scammers
We had an issue with our trailer axle , we called they show up told us that we need a axle doctor and we asked the to give us a price of total labor&parts they’re told us that it would be a $3300 we asked them if theres anyway that they can give us a discount they told us if we are going to pay them by Zelle they can knock it off for $3k even We are agreed for the amount they’re request $1500 up front which we did pay them.
Next day they came replace axle spindle and told us that we have to wait 2-3 hours to cool down , they’re showed up after 3 hours later to put wheel hub , seal, brake shoes, drums, and tires. After completing the job they giving us invoices of $2600 we told them that must be a mistake, day before we agreed of total $3k we paid $1500 our balance should be $1500 left , after we told them that you guys price gauging by $1100 they start removing the parts , stole our truck keys , all the lug nuts be aware thrifts and scammers BIG TIME,,, do trust the guy Brian

Great guys. Very knowledgeable in their trade and will get you out of a pinch. Pay no attention to any negative review you see on here. They are from lowballing owner operators that don’t understand you can’t agree to a set price for a repair than try to haggle the price upon payment!!
