Crystal was so rude to us we got shoes mixed up and was told nasty to go put the shoe back and i told her since my mom walked away ill put it back when she walks back with the right one only being i had a child in a car seat he was heavy and im not gonna leave my baby alone especially near the door of the store and when i said something she ignored me told me tht things were final sale all rude got my mother information for rewards and continued to b rude i didnt like how messy the store was my mom nearly fell sadly the first time ive been there was great but this second time i think theres things tht need to b worked on such as the store being clean with out shoes stacked in the middle tht has fallen or random shoes anywhere sorry if u dont like u job crystal simply find a new job or represent ur job like u should most likely will never b coming back cuz of how rude she was also instead of us struggling to find my sons shoes she never offered to size his feet or even tell us what they had for babies there

Granddaughter selected 2 pairs of shoes, great selections and staff is very friendly. Always the go to place in Big Spring.
