Today, February 21, 2024 at 10:00 am I came to this establishment to pay my bill, the night before I spoke with t Mobil and they told me that I was only going to pay 56.00 dollars, that I was not going to pay 5:00 dollars that They charge for the service, I arrived at the place and tried to pay the bill, the guy who helped me told me 56.00 dollars plus 5.00 dollars more for the service, I explained to him what the Mobil company told me, it was a surprise to me that a The lady next to him said with these words - Mobil doesn't rule here, I have to pay 5.00 dollars for the service and that's it, I let him finish shouting and I told him, if you're done let me talk to me now, the lady answered me. Whatever you say, you are going to have to pay the 5.00 dollars, I started to tell her what the company told me and the boy who was serving me approached her and showed her a tablet that I assumed was the information that I I wanted to explain to you, in summary, it costs only 56.00 dollars according to what the company told me, what a sad inconvenience that you come to pay your telephone bill and they treat you with so much despotism and arrogance. According to my opinion, if you are going to serve a client, you must first be educated, ethics and being kind, you work in a prestigious company not in a seedy bar, what I say here I repeat wherever and to whomever, there are the cameras of the place that confirm what I state here, ATTENTION TO THE MANAGER OF THE LOCAL.

Sept 15 customer service was EXCELLENT. Home internet wasn't working well so I went in on Oct 30 to ask about canceling. I was told I could bring in the modem and they could cancel and print out the return shipping label. Today, I take it in and now they can't cancel because "T-Mobile will want to talk with me, the customer." I'm in a T-Mobile store... I respond, "I guess there was a misunderstanding because I thought I could cancel and take care of everything here." Another worker, not helping me interjects, "We don't have to help if there's going to be an issue." We go back and forth, again, this rep isn't helping me, they're with another customer. So I call T-Mobile while I'm in store and cancel and was told the store "could cancel but won't because it affects their numbers." AVOID T-Mobile in Big Spring. The manager in Sept was AMAZING. I felt they were trying to intimidate me today, almost threatening.

Went to pick up free cooler and waited 45 minutes to get it. Only two staff there. 2 customers ahead of me getting new phones and transferring data to new phones. Finally one staff went to the back and brought me my cooler.

I travel for work and tomorrow is my daughters birthday. She was undecided on what she would like for her birthday so I threw out the idea of a new phone. I am here in Bog Spring for work and I walked up told Ms. Mary and said I would like an iphone 14 pro max in black on an EIP (NO JUMP!) with P360, with a privacy screen protector, a case, and a pop socket. Not to mention I said I want to upgrade my daughters line but me get the new phone and then transfer everything from the Samsung over into to 12 pro max iphone. (and she would need to transfer my stuff from the old iphone into the new iphone) The entire staff was laughing saying man I wish every customer came in and knew exactly what they wanted! Dropped all the devices off with log in information and passwords and said that I would be back later. And just like that it was done! All items from the old iphone transferred into the new iphone, and she went a step above and even transferred my daughters from Samsung to apple. No questions asked no complaints no hassle at all! I let Ms. Mary know that I wanted to finance the new phone but pay for all of my additions (screen protector case etc) up front and no need to finance. She collected my money and asked if I would need another charging cord and plug for the wall. I said no then when I went back I told her I should have gotten it to begin with just because the daughter was getting the old phone. No hassel at all Ms. Mary got me all rung up and checked out. Ms. Mary gave me a goodie bag of candies and treats for my daughter and told her happy birthday! T-Mobile this lady is a kepper!!! I will definitely drive from San Angelo (where I live) over here just to upgrade my devices anytime! Everyone is always saying the bad experiences on reviews and Ms. Mary deserves MANY good reviews! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Got me fixed up with 5g internet modem... since optimum can't seem to get my service fixed.. suprised everyone hasn't caught on to this yet. Internet is WAY cheaper and actually reliable. Thanks

Was not very impressed. Wasted a trip there, ended up having to go to Lubbock to get service. Was there just to add a line to my prepaid, but couldn't get it there for one reason or another. Maybe miscommunication, but should have been as simple as the activation fee then the $30 extra a month, just like us on the T-Mobile website. Went to Lubbock and was in and out in about 10 minutes no problem. So wasted trip and time.

So I love the cleanliness of the store and the wide open space. All the staff I have meet are wonderful and very helpful. They have all provided wonderful customer service whenever we have had to go in to the store. Now the network service is a different story and so are the plans! So we have 2 different accounts and we converted one of the accounts from Sprint to Tmobile, well we were not happy with that move and left the other one with the Sprint side. So far, not impressed or happy with Tmobile service!

I want to start by saying that Mary took care of us very well. She gave us the best deal possible and then some. If you go by this T-mobile store and ask for Mary, she will definitely surpass all expectations of what you might think a sales representative should be. Thank you again Mary!
