Too much biodiesel in their diesel. It is brown and has the strong smell of biodiesel. I should know I have transported for numerous years.

How is it that there are only two truck stops, with one more on its way, and this place is still in fourth place? This place is very run down. It rains inside. The whole place is falling apart or broken, including the parking lot.

In 15 years, this has to be one of the worst TA's I've had the displeasure of doing a reset at, men's room hasn't been cleaned since a arrived Friday afternoon, it is now Sunday evening, urinals full of piss.
the floors throughout look like they haven't been moped in months Subway is making sandwiches with rancid ingredients (ended up eating out of the truck or doordashing) Ihop wasn't much better, didn't even finish my meal as it wasn't prepared properly, half the course wasn't even cooked. Left Ihop with shoes stick8ng to the floor as I left the building.
Building is in dier need of a remodel.
2 pumps down 1 with the key pad and card reader ripped out and wiring just hanging.
TA/Petro corporate yall can do better, us3d to be the king of truckstops now it's the last resort behind a rest area or a weight station

Your ultra points never have to expire.
You earned those by paying money for fuel.. Isn't that right? You should have a system where they expire every 6 months or every year.

Judy went above & beyond for me on the night of 03/31/2025..
The shift before Judy's left so many showers uncleaned.
Judy took action and was cleaning them as fast as she could without stopping. Judy's action and the cleanest showers , Judy', didn't complain. Judy's took action and solved the issues at hand on her own..
Great employee to have ..

Stopped to get gas on a Monday afternoon. The entire gas pump area was closed down due to someone power washing the area around it. UNBELIEVEABLE! Took my business across the street.

It's very hot and a bad mildew smell in the whole store. Nice showers but a little smell. You gotta pay at the pump. You can’t pay inside the store.
