Review for The Trailer Guys. Mike (I think that was his name) worked with me on getting wheel lugs I needed for a damaged wheel on my trailer. Delivered them after hours to the fire station since I was stuck there headed into the weekend. I bought the wrong size and he took them back and matched the wheel hub to the wheel I brought him. He told me how to install it on the phone and after I installed it, there was a wobble. I took the trailer out there and asked for some help. He said it wasn’t the correct wheel hub and said it was “his mistake”. They replaced the part and installed it free of charge as well fixed up and welded the expanded metal that was separating on the trailer ramp. Really solid customer service. Great quality work, very transparent, incredible friendly and good prices.

I really don't have anything good to say about this place. That pains me to say that because I strive to support local businesses. Their communications suck. Didn't listen to my instructions, broke one of my backup sensors, and kinked my gas tank fill/vent hoses after a hitch install. Sadly, I will not be returning!!!!

Best Trailer Sales and repair service in Texas! Knowing that the three locations strategically located around Texas, I am able to bring my equipment in when I need help or repair. My brakes had gone out on a trip back from Salt Lake City and load had broken some boards. They got me right in and diagnosed my problem quickly. They could of taken advantage of me but I know from working with all their locations in the past two years, that they will do all they can to help their customers. They had my trailer repaired and back on the road, at a fair price.

On a family vacation our tire on our travel trailer caught on FIRE!!! Instead of the entire road trip being ruined and all the kids freaking out it was an easy and SUPER fast experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Also they have complimentary drinks and coffee in the waiting area and that just was the cherry on top ????

After over 20 days of traveling in our RV we had a bearing melt and cause a fire. Totally freaking us out. We found The trailer Guys and they fixed us right up. We were on the road in a little over a hour!

During a cross country drive our boat trailer axle snapped and The Trailer Guys helped us out tremendously. They were the only business in the area able to do so and even stayed late on a Friday to make sure we were back on the road same day. The professionalism and kindness they showed us was impecable.
