“The wife and I came to Big Spring for Thanksgiving with the family. Out side of Sterling City we had a blow out and put the spare on to get us to Big Spring. Dons didn't have the tire in stock but ordered it and said it would be Friday before they received it. Friday afternoon Don's called me to say it was in. These guys were great and promptly changed out my tire so I could get back home in Sargent in time for work. A big shout out to them and their staff.”
“We were stuck in Sterling City, TX with a trailer tire that was about to blowout, Sunday evening. RoadRunner was the only company within a 90 mile radius that responded to our need.
The tech who responded was very knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond. He not only took care of the tire, but he also tightened the wheel hubs and ensured we were safely on the road.
Seeing his truck coming in with full on LED lights, looked like a superhero coming to the rescue!
When we got back on the road, we saw him again passing by and then turning around to assist another traveler who got broken down.

“Excellent service ? ? ? ? ? ? ? It didn't take them long to change a tire but they don't have a bank terminal. ? We didn't have cash but they very kindly offered to take us to the bank to withdraw.
Of course... we have to remind them to give the invoice since they didn't bark at us?”
