Rooms are nice and clean (initially). I live locally and had relatives stay there for two nights which is the second year in a row. Even though they put out "please clean sign", the room was never serviced. Also, I called the room (relative left cell phone), the front desk person at first wouldn't transfer me ("I might be a stalker" she said) and then she said she didn't know how??? At checkout, the same new front desk person was there that didn't know how to transfer, so I gave up on my issues. I emailed the hotel after to have manager call, but did not receive response. Will likely reconsider ever using again.

Really nice little hotel. Stayed there a couple of times when working in Blanco and loved it. Rooms were clean and well renovated, the staff was very pleasant, and the parking lot was big enough to fit my work truck and trailer. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This place goes above and beyond and still keeps the price competitive. First off, everything was very clean. It’s nice to stay in a hotel and not be reminded that tons of other people have been there before you. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was hot and of a higher quality than other hotels in the price range. There’s a bar that has a big variety of whiskeys and the prices were better than I’ve seen in a while. Close to dining options and a really great pool area. Too cold at this time of year but I’d get in it in the warmer weather. Handicap accessible everywhere and easy parking. The luggage carts were smooth and turned nicely around corners. Overall, great vibe, clean and affordable with options above other hotels. Do yourself a favor if you need a place to stay in Blanco and check this place out!

Lovely property for a small town hotel. Clean and nicely updated. Staff was nice and willing to serve. Why book in larger city since This hotel is close to Wimberly, Marble Falls, Dripping Springs and Johnson City, all just a short pretty drive away.
They also serve breakfast. Rooms have great views. Reasonable Prices too.

Rooms and bathrooms were newly renovated. Very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is also very satisfactory and more than continental breakfast.
Rooms: Rooms with bath are very clean, with un-expected facilities were available at room: Iron, Microwave, coffee maker.
It is really a great dea.l

PRO: very clean - welcoming staff - spacious room and bathroom – great water pressure – very comfortable bed and pillows – enjoyed the modern retro décor – plenty of electrical outlets – accessible to the highway but quiet – plenty of parking
CON: 7 cockroaches in bathroom on Sunday morning - sink drains very slowly – only 1 ice maker right now for the entire hotel but we understand they are still in renovations - breakfast was lack luster but the gentleman that fixed it was so nice and polite!

Hotel is decent, needs a remodel. The breakfast was gross and they did not replenish at all. We had to purchase water because they did not provide it. Staff did not clean and spent most of the time outside.

Stayed here for the first time. Great little hotel, looks recently built or renovated. Nice rooms, good water pressure in the shower and Laura at the front desk is awesome. Close to Real Ale if you're visiting.
Rooms: Big rooms. Good beds. Bath/shower combo.

Renovations look like they'll be great. Had the luxury suite. I was not impressed nor did I feel it was luxurious. It was spacious. Needed more lighting. And met the feel of a renovated LA Quinta. So....it was clean and appropriate. Just would back off the description as luxurious or premium. Because much less amenities and I'd be thinking this was a motel 6. A nice ans clean motel 6. And their upgrades appear they are aiming for more than that. I will return.

This hotel is the best! Super friendly staff and it is so clean! This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at! I will definitely stay here again when I visit relatives in the hill country. I especially like that the room had so many plugs for electronics and they were easily accessible-I didn’t have to get on the floor or reach behind stuff to plug in phones, etc!

Although the hotel is under renovations it was still nice. The employees went out of their way to accommodate us. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished project!
Rooms: Huge rooms, very clean
Walkability: Everything is close by and if needed driving is easy
Noteworthy details: Small town atmosphere with friendly people.

Even though the hotel is under renovation, we felt welcome! The room was large and accommodating, the pool was fantastic and the breakfast was a good way to start the day. Add the friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better.
