Coming here is, no doubt, worth the drive! Super easy to access off of the main road where you can find the most unique lavender gifts for any occasion. There really are a few items for every person you want to give a nice Hill Country gift to. We came when it was not lavender season or in bloom but it was a great drive to be able to get some fresh air and check out this cool farm. Gravel parking and clear gravel paths take you around to cute seating spots within the farm and directly to the small shop they have on site. I highly recommend buying all the lavender things you want. Every item has a fantastic and poignant lavender smell that will stay with you even when you get home from visiting this cute farm. I cannot wait to come back with lavender is in bloom so I can have the same relaxing experiences many Yelpers claim to have had at this farm.

Not what you think it’s going to be. $5 to park. Although they had issues this year with weather it’s more like a lawn with some lavender plants than an actual farm, June2023. #disappointing

I was disappointed in the farm. We went during the lavender festival which should have been peak season for lavender and nothing was blooming. They also charged for parking at the farm which I thought was ridiculous since there wasn't anything to see. They did have a store set up with products to buy but the same things are available to buy in town at the festival for the same price. Don't waste your time going to see the farm.

We visited Hill Country Lavender in conjunction with the equally disappointing Blanco Lavender Festival . As previous reviewers have noted, this place is much past its prime. There were probably less than 150 plants in poor condition not in bloom. I cannot imagine that the produce enough oil for the products they sell from the few plants I saw. The festival was a bomb as well and very disappointing. I wished I had taken photos but there was nothing worthy of photographing.

This was a disappointing trip. We expected to see the thousands of lavender plants shown on the website only to find a couple of hundred. The original site of the lavender farm shown on the website is not available to view. Very misleading. Thirty minute visit and we were done. The staff was friendly but not worth the drive.

Really like that the couple who run the farm make almost all of the goods they sell in their store. Everything smells so good!!

Visited Austin from Boston in May and had to stop at this cute lavender farm before hitting some wineries. The lavender wasn’t blooming yet, but the field is still gorgeous in the bright TX sun. I even bought some goodies from the gift shop and the lavender candle is my fav – it can burn for SO long ?

We got there late but they said we could still take some pictures. They close at 4pm but don’t get caught hanging around the scenery and don’t feel free to check out the flowers across the street because captain Karren will threaten to lock your car in the lot. (We were there for like 15-20 mins) Thankfully I was waiting in the car for the rest of my friends so we didn’t get locked in. I understand that the heat can make you crabby but no one deserves that attitude, especially from a business owner DURING lavender fest. First and last time I’ll visiting this one.

I drove from Wimberley to the Blanco Lavender Festival and drove past the farm. I walked around the festival and checked a few booths but I couldn't find any Lavender Candles. It was 105 degrees at the festival so I didn't stay long. I remembered the Hill Country lavender Farm I passed on the way in so I stopped be there and they did have Lavender Candles. I looked around and asked the guy behind the counter, " Aren't the plants suppose to be Lavender?" He said because of lack of rain and the heat, the plants were maturing late. Anyway, it's nice to know where it is. I know I've driven right past it in the pass. It's right on the corner where 2325 ends

Great place for a day trip in central Texas. The plants are well maintained and the scenery adds to the wonderful smell.

Took a drive to Blanco and stopped here along the way. Cute little shop. A young couple own the business. The wife works the shop and the husband is the "chemist", making up the lotions and potions. Nice variety of items, including various live lavender plants. Enjoyed chatting with the co- owner. Worth the visit and happy to support a local shop. They have a Larger facility somewhere else but I don't recall where. Great for little gifts.
