With the Ace hardware next door, it offers a little bit of everything. A sweet little spot.
Also you can buy a gallon of just dill pickle juice here, and I got a yellow Watermelon.

This is a small town grocery. It reminds me of Brookshire's in Texas and has fairly high prices, but a decent selection. They do have an impressive beer selection for a small grocery store! I love Devils Backbone from Real Ale, and they had that one and more from Real Ale Brewery. I'm looking forward to stopping in at the brewery on Thursday when they open. The store was clean and the people were friendly. It's a great local Blanco grocery for those of you visiting from out of town while being close by downtown.

It is a clean store but check your receipt when you shop here. Some small children's drinks they were selling were labelled individually, and on the shelf, as being .38 cents. Usually I'd think that's too good to be true but since the shelf was also labelled with this price and the drinks were small I believed it. After getting them quite a few times I learned they were actually over two dollars. Which isn't a lot but is still over 5x what I thought I was paying for a small bottle, and I bought multiple of them on multiple occasions. Which feels illegal? Also my wife tells me she went to get a refund on them for our latest purchase and the cashier was aggravated at her for being upset even though she reiterated multiple times that she was not upset with the cashier, just at the situation of being scammed by the company.

Hidden Gem with an Impressive Beer Selection!
Lowe's Market pleasantly surprised me with its excellent beer selection and quality grocery options. Even if you're used to shopping at HEB or other larger grocery chains, Lowe's holds its own with a well-curated variety of craft and mainstream beers that rivals the bigger stores.
Beyond the beer aisle, their grocery selection is great, offering fresh produce, quality meats, and all the essentials you'd expect. It’s a bit smaller than the big chains, but they make up for it with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. If you’re in the area and need to stock up, don’t overlook Lowe's!

We were going to this store and on our way one of their customers ran us off the road. Not knowing he was going there we parked. One of us went in as I sat outside. My daughter texted from inside that the male customer was following her throughout the store. I then saw him talking to what I would say a female manager( should not have gotten involved as the man was in no danger at this point). As my daughter left he followed. I told him to walk away twice. He did not. So I exit the vehicle because he got too close to my daughter. Mean time the female employee was still on the phone looking at me. This store employee should never get involved if the full story comes from one side and the store is not at risk. If I was one of those people the store would be at leagal risk. Being involve could have escalated the situation with someone else. The situation happened off property. Nothing to indicate anything would happen. But escalated the other person by getting involved could have been different. Aggressively approaching my vehicle he could have been another t-shirt image. And legally I would be right. In short stay out of anything that happens off property if you don't know would keep the peace.

We went here because we stayed at Blanco State Park and needed some groceries. We put a few things in our cart but after walking around we realized most of the store smelt like urine and my wife refused to continue shopping so we took everything out of our cart back where we got it and left. There was a prior review about this smell about a month ago and apparently it has not been addressed.

It’s nice to have a quick place by our house to get last minute items for dinner but this location is gross. In the vegetable/fruit section, EVERYTHING is covered in fruit flies. There is a distinct smell of urine throughout the store. This combined with high prices and minimal selections makes this an emergency place to stop only.
