Went in because my tire PSI was low and I suspected a slow leak. I told them about it, but instead of inspecting the tire they just topped it off with air and said, “If it goes down in 20 minutes, then there’s an issue.” No effort was made to actually check the tire.
I drove to another tire shop just 10 minutes out of town, and the difference was night and day. They took the tire off right away and immediately found a screw in it.
Disappointed in the lack of care here, if I hadn’t gone elsewhere, I’d still be driving around with a screw in my tire.

Very kind and quick to help check out our tire. While I hold different political beliefs than what was posted around the building, that doesn’t change the fact they were great people who didn’t hesitate to help us feel safe. Thank you guys!

Came in for Dot inspection and waited for a hour and 30 minutes .
Butch the manager came out and said he doesn’t have time I asked why and he said I ought to punch you in your face. this shop obviously has problems. definitely not very friendly.

I pulled in with obvious problems. 2 of my tires were blown in my tractor trailer! They called my company complaining that I was parked there and got my job lost. The are dishonest people, with no respect. Will never go back or send business that way again
