FYI, transport hours are 7 to 4. Don't think your getting car if you show up a couple of minutes before ethier it seems. I was right at 4 and had to wait till next day, and the attitude was no different with them from the day before. And there are very informative that they aren't manhiem, and they won't be catering to outside transports. Do not accept vehicles from here.

I sold my car to Carvana and had a pretty terrible overall experience.
+2 stars for having an easy to use online platform and an offer that was higher than competitors.
-3 stars for exceptionally poor customer service, communication throughout, and borderline fraudulent business practices.
Summary story below:
I finalize the details of my car sale. I select the option given for them to pick up my car for a $90 fee. I accept the pickup appointment window they gave me for later in the same day. All super great so far.
They miss the appointment window and reschedule me for 2 days later and only notify me by email. After the missed pickup window, they call to offer to help me bring it into them instead. I insist I'll wait.
The next day, they require me to sign the paperwork again online for the rescheduled appointment, only this time they've increased the pickup fee to $190 instead of $90. Again, no notification or communication of this, nor any explanation given anywhere.
I get into chat but after 30 minutes of repetitive back-and-forth with a chat agent that I left questioning whether was actually a human or not, I still did not have any answer as to why the fee changed. Despite asking to be connected to a supervisor, they told me to call.
So I call, and after a 34 minute call, including probably 27 minutes of hold time between waiting for an agent and then waiting for the agent to 'look into it', I finally got them to agree to set the pickup fee back to $90. After I give them a hard time about all the aggravation I've endured so far, they agree to refund the whole $190.
So in the end they missed the pickup appointment, told me why they rescheduled it, tried to stick me with an extra $100 fee with no explanation, I had to spend an hour of my time chasing after their customer service to remove it, and still was told they'd have to issue it as a refund check over 10-15 business days.
And in the end, while the next pickup appointment thankfully was kept, the driver forget to bring the check to pay me. Literally didn't bring the money to a vehicle transaction. They said they will Fedex it to me today. We'll see.
All of the evidence suggests they're actively practicing miscommunication and sowing confusion with customers on purpose, at worst, or at best, are unintentionally practicing miscommunication and sowing confusion with customers.
If you can find another company to give you a better deal on your car sale, or your vehicle purchase, I implore you to transact with them instead.

I recently had the opportunity to sell my vehicle through Carvana, and I found the overall experience to be quick and easy. The process was straightforward, and I received an offer that was $1,200 higher than what was presented by CarMax, which was a pleasant surprise.
From the initial valuation to setting up the sale, Carvana's system was user-friendly and made the transaction seamless. However, during the vehicle pickup, I encountered an issue that detracted from an otherwise positive experience. The representative who arrived to collect the car predominantly directed all communication and questions to my husband, despite the transaction and payment being obviously in my name. This oversight in customer interaction made me feel overlooked and diminished the professionalism I had expected from Carvana.
In a time when equality and recognition are incredibly important, it is essential for companies to ensure all parties involved in a transaction feel acknowledged and respected. I hope Carvana addresses this aspect of their service to enhance the customer experience.
Despite this shortcoming, the overall experience was satisfactory, and I would recommend Carvana to others, with a note to ensure clear and respectful communication during all phases of the transaction.

Our son purchased a vehicle from Carvana and within an hour of having it found many catastrophic issue. Carvana suggested we take to a shop for inspection. Firestone determined it needed a new AC (metal pieces were in it) and a new engine (their note was looks like sometime did a poor job at trying to repair this). The front bumper was glued on, there were pieces of glass inside the vehicle and it appeared the windshield had been replaced.
Overall, this was the first and last time our family will ever use Carvana.

I applied for a position and was able to schedule an interview time slot for 1 - 2 pm. Imagine my surprise walking in, not aware it was a HIRING EVENT and I had 15 people in front of me. Only two people doing the interviews, most of the time it’s just quick maybe 10 minutes but no these people were taking 15, 20, 30 minutes for an INTERVIEW. Also there was no big parking lot or signs showing where to go for your interview, people were having to park behind each other and then get blocked in if the car behind hadn’t left yet. Really just seemed like a very unorganized, unprofessional place of business and you’ve been open for how long now? You would think you had it together. I did not get interviewed & seen until after 3pm which I should have left sooner! Interview time slot between 1 - 2 means I get seen & interviewed between one and two. And not only that but a customer came up dropping off a vehicle yelling at my boyfriend like he was an employee cause he was angry & annoyed there wasn’t visible signs pointing where to go to drop his vehicle off and then wanted to claim that my boyfriend was threatening him by telling him to stop yelling in his face & watch how he treats a random person. And after his issue was resolved he kept walking past my boyfriend waiting in the car for me like he wanted to say some more stuff. If that is how your customers treat your employees, it’s not worth the hassle of working here especially for no measly $19 bucks an hour. Thank goodness I didn’t get offered a job, I won’t be making that mistake twice!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband started the process of purchasing a car and decided to cancel.
He was told that he would get a refund of his money within 3-5 business days. IT HAS NOW BEEN A WEEK!!!!!
He has another car that he could purchase but he is unable to because Carvana is holding his hostage. You will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and we WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER. He is unable to go to work without a vehicle. Give us our funds back now!

The online experience of selling my car with Carvana was decent enough. But the lady who came to pick it up could have been a bit more courteous. I don't know. Maybe in her enthusiasm to portray herself as being professional, she went overboard. One does not need to be so curt and authoritative in closing a deal. There is always a human side to everything.
