“I originally applied online, it was a very simple process, took 10 minutes to fill out, and about a couple hours to get approved, when I arrived at the store in Haltom City, the gentleman that was my sales agent was very helpful.. from the very beginning the agent was not pushy he let me look myself... “I have my oil changes done here on my 2021 Ram 1500. But this is the first time I've had to have it in for real service, and let me tell you, I'm sure all the advisors there a great job but let me tell you, Matt Hagee knocked it out of the park with the attention that he gave me and handling the phone calls to the warranty people to my get my truck back to me quickly and made sure the warranty covered the issue I was having.

“Let’s get things straight, I hate car shopping, the lying, and untrustworthy people. But when I got to this place 1st Place Auto, I had a great experience with Mrs. Maribel. She was very respectful, honest person at a time when it’s so hard to trust someone. And that she did her best just to make her customers leaving happy with something they really liked. We are hard working, and so many people have taken advantage of us.
When I arrived to see the car my dad had found, I was ecstatic. Daniel, the owner is a great guy who actually takes pride in his passion and his buisness. Being that the vehicle I purchased was a used one, it was understandable there might be minor flaws. However, there were much bigger ones that would have cost me so much and taken away from my kids. Daniel did not hesitate to work with me and fix these issues. He never tried to make excuses as so would have. He was always kind and placed zero blame. From the initial valuation to setting up the sale, Carvana's system was user-friendly and made the transaction seamless. However, during the vehicle pickup, I encountered an issue that detracted from an otherwise positive experience. The representative who arrived to collect the car predominantly directed all communication and questions to my husband, despite the transaction and payment being obviously in my name. This oversight in customer interaction made me feel overlooked and diminished the professionalism I had expected from Carvana.
In a time when equality and recognition are incredibly important, it is essential for companies to ensure all parties involved in a transaction feel acknowledged and respected. I hope Carvana addresses this aspect of their service to enhance the customer experience.
